Description
A traditional hard cheese made from unpasteurized, grass-fed cow's milk. Crafted high in the alpine pastures, it's always made on-site, using raw milk from a single herb, milk that travels only a few yards from the milking parlor to the cheesemaking chalet. Often described as Gruyere with more intensity.
Enjoy it with white wibnes like Chasselas, Riesling
